Rahima was born with a good weight, ate well and learnt to smile early. But after a few months, her mother began to notice that Rahima was refusing to eat, crying for no reason, her arms and legs were cramping, and she began to throw her head back strangely. Concerned parents rushed to the doctors.
Unfortunately, at their place of residence, in Kyrgyzstan, the doctors were not immediately able to establish the correct diagnosis. Various medications were prescribed, but the little girl got worse and worse. No one could suppose that all this time a tumour was growing in the little girl's head, which threatened her life.
With great hope in the experience of Russian doctors, the parents brought their daughter to Moscow, to the Burdenko Neurosurgery Centre. N.N. Burdenko Centre for Neurosurgery. Here she underwent emergency brain surgery to remove the tumour.
Doctors believe that after the complex operation there is a high risk of endocrine disorders, so Rakhima is scheduled for hospitalisation at the NMRC of endocrinology to adjust further treatment.
Parents with many children cannot pay for hospitalisation on their own. Let's help little Rakhima, whose life began with such a difficult ordeal, to cope with the disease!
