Such an injury usually leads to complete paralysis; the victim cannot use either his legs or arms. When a cervical vertebrae is fractured, it is very important to begin rehabilitation as early as possible so that function can be restored as much as possible. Ulugbek completed his first course using the funds that the whole world managed to raise. But recovery from such an injury is a long process, and rehabilitation is very intensive.
