Mubarak was born with a congenital stump of the right forearm in the lower third, the absence of phalanges of the first and second fingers of the left hand. At the age of 1 year, the boy underwent an operation to transplant a toe to his left hand. Mubarak developed in accordance with age norms. He began to hold his head in time, roll over, sit down, and finally walked. Now Mubarak is 2 years old. So far, he does not notice his peculiarity. But parents are already worried that when the boy grows up, he, despite all his achievements, will realize a physical disability, and this will negatively affect his psyche. Unfortunately, some daily tasks that require the active participation of two hands already cause difficulties for the boy, for example, opening a bottle, tying shoelaces or turning over a large object.
