Muslim turned 6 years old. At the age of 1.5, the boy withdrew into himself, stopped responding to the addressed speech, fell silent, and began to avoid crowded places. Parents sounded the alarm and started contacting various specialists, and a diagnosis was made – childhood autism!
The boy attends classes with specialized specialists on a regular basis. Now Muslim understands spoken language at the everyday level, but does not contact others, pointing gesture and eye contact are poorly developed. The boy does not talk, cannot explain his desires, because of this, attacks of undesirable behavior often occur.
In order for Muslim to be able to cope with developmental problems and learn vital skills, he needs to undergo intensive training with specialists in applied behavior analysis, adaptive physical culture and sensory integration, a speech pathologist.
