We held classes on dementia prevention, as well as creative classes for the elderly and people with disabilities.

As we age, our memory weakens. By attending dementia prevention classes, participants' intellectual abilities are strengthened, attention is trained, and memory functions (recognition, perception, memorization) are maintained and developed. Creative activities stimulate sensory sensitivity, improve fine motor skills, develop creative imagination, promote interhemispheric interaction, and improve mood. This collection will allow for 30 sessions for 60 people.
