Sabina Gadzhieva from Makhachkala is no longer afraid to run and play with other children. Now her heart is quiet.

Thanks to the support of 1,283 Toobers, we managed to raise the necessary amount to pay for the occluder, a special device with which cardiac surgeons "patched" the open arterial duct in the girl's heart.

Now Sabina will not catch colds so often, suffocate and fall off her feet from the slightest exertion. She will have a normal childhood and a healthy future.

Sabina needs heart surgery!

Sabina Gadzhieva from Makhachkala is 4 years old. She very much likes to run with other children. But she is not allowed to do it. The girl has a "noisy" heart. It has an ungrown arterial duct with a diameter of 2 millimeters.

Because of the heart defect, Sabina is the smallest among her friends. She often has colds, suffocates and falls off her feet at the slightest exertion. The disease takes away her strength and can cause serious complications in the future.

But it can all be solved by a single operation. Doctors will install a tiny umbrella clipper in Sabina's heart and she'll forget what fatigue, dizziness, and shortness of breath mean.

The operation is free, but the device is very expensive for the Gadzhievs, a large family.
