Khava is 10 years old, she has delayed speech development with an autistic form of behavior, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. After the age of 2, parents were concerned about the lack of an index gesture and the appearance of speech and behavior disorders.
As a result of the lessons with specialists from Astrakhan, the girl has a positive trend in the development of communication and speech skills. Now Hava can not only describe pictures, but also compose short stories from a few simple sentences. Work was also underway to introduce prepositions ("in", "on", "with") into the girl's speech. Hava became calmer and more persevering, learned to keep her attention even on difficult exercises, and began to show more interest in new things and curiosity.
During these rehabilitation courses with an adaptive physical education coach, the girl practiced her athletic skills. She learned how to throw a ball at a target, performed exercises on various simulators and with equipment, learned to ride a bicycle and a gyro scooter. The sensory integration specialist worked on developing Hava's sense of coordination and balance, saturating her tactile system, making her feel more confident in space, and improving her large and fine motor skills.
Thanks to your help, Hava has completed 2 intensive rehabilitation courses! Thanks!
