Katya was taken away from her mother by the guardianship authorities. The girl was only two years old. A single mother could not cope with upbringing, accumulated debts and found solace in alcohol. The neighbors called for custody, Katya was removed and placed in the hospital for examination. Bronchitis and tick bites were diagnosed. Two months in an unfamiliar environment, communication with strangers, separation from my mother — all this could have a very bad effect on the psyche and condition of the child.
In order for Katya not to experience even more stress, our charity foundation "Alice" sent her an individual nanny. She took care of the baby, was there for her in difficult moments, calmed her down after injections and explained that her mother had not abandoned her.
Unfortunately, Katya's story is not the only one. About 5-6 children from families are admitted to the hospital every month and remain there completely alone. Someone's mother cannot leave her siblings for the hospitalization of one child. Other children are being taken away because their parents are not fulfilling their parental responsibilities. In order to ensure that children removed from their families are not left alone in hospitals, we are opening a collection for nannies.
These expenses are monthly needs for our foundation and the children's wards. Any 100-200-300 rubles is a huge help and care for them.
