In early December, seven-month-old Muhammad underwent a second operation to treat retinopathy of prematurity. This disease causes damage to the retina and can lead to loss of vision if left untreated. The operation was successful thanks to the doctors from St Petersburg who provided the highest level of care.

Muhammad has retinopathy and needs surgery to restore his sight!

Muhammad was born at 26 weeks of pregnancy in a severe condition and faced serious vision problems. He was diagnosed with grade 5 retinopathy of prematurity, and if not treated in a timely manner, he may not have a chance to regain his vision.

Thanks to the generosity of kind Tubers, Muhammad has already undergone his first surgery, which helped save his eye and prevent further complications. The family sincerely thanks everyone who participates in the fate of their son!

And now the boy is preparing for the second operation, which is important for his future. This surgery should help prevent the development of pathological processes and possibly restore minimal visual function.
