Demyan completed a course of classes

"He takes me by the hand and leads me," this is how Demyan's mother describes how her son communicates. The boy is five years old and he barely speaks, knowing only a few words: "mama", "dada", "give". To ask for something, he takes an adult by the hand and shows what he wants. At one and a half years old, the boy did not respond to his name, did not look into the eyes, did not play with toys. Demyan could not sit in one place for a long time, he ran and jumped. His attention was scattered, and there was no communication. The parents looked for all possible ways to understand what was happening to their child and how to help him. As a result, the diagnosis was established: organic brain damage and delayed psychomotor development. Classes in rehabilitation centers began: with psychologists, defectologists, speech therapists, as well as classes in the pool. Classes also continued at home. The parents put all their efforts into helping the boy and achieved good results. By the age of five, Demyan had learned to listen to and hear specialists, and to sit longer in classes. However, communication with the outside world and peers remains very difficult for him. For further development, an intensive course of classes is necessary, which will include the Tomatis method, aimed at improving adaptation and communication skills, as well as neurodynamic gymnastics, which helps improve the state of the nervous system.
