Recently, Maidat's mother, Kristina, wrote to us and shared the news. Maidat is feeling well, and the medicine therapy has been completed. Now only examinations and tests, which the Maidat has to undergo and take regularly, remind of the disease and hospital walls. This is necessary to monitor the condition of the body after the treatment.

Friends, a few months ago we told you the story of the ward of the charity foundation Maidat Aliyeva, who is fighting beta-thalassemia, a blood disease. In order to prepare for the bone marrow transplantation of Maidat, it was important to undergo therapy with Neohepatect. It was possible to start the necessary stage of treatment thanks to you, the benefactors of the Tooba application. Thanks!

Now Maidat continues to prepare for bone marrow transplantation. According to the attending physician, severe complications may occur after the transplant. This is due to the long course of the disease. Therapy with the medicine Orensia can help reduce the risk of an acute graft-versus-host reaction, a complication that often occurs in patients after transplantation.

However, most often the medicine is indicated for individual use, so its quantity in the clinic's pharmacy is limited. Maidat therapy needs to start as soon as possible, so we are asking you for help.
