Salim has completed intensive classes and mastered new skills!

Salim has an autism spectrum disorder and mental retardation. By the age of 2, the boy did not respond to the name, was not interested in toys and did not speak.

Salim is now 13 years old, and thanks to the well-coordinated work of teachers, he has advanced in his development. After studying with a sensory integration specialist, the boy's social and communication skills improved (he became calmer and more responsive, makes contact with teachers and even helps younger children at the request of the teacher). Salim also became more independent in social and household matters.

Adaptive physical education classes certainly benefited the boy. It was in the gym that he learned to follow the instructions of specialists accurately, not to be distracted and to be collected and focused when performing various exercises. Salim has mastered many simulators, learned how to jump and throw a ball, now he controls his body much better and keeps his balance well.
