Leva underwent cornea transplant surgery. Thank you for your help!

Little Lev was born at 37 weeks with congenital clouding of the corneas of both eyes.

For him, the world, which should be filled with bright colors, remains dark and unclear. Parents found out about this when Lev was only three months old, and without treatment this condition can lead to complete blindness.

Now Lev is 2 years old. He often laughs, recognises his relatives by their voices, enjoys simple things. He has a wonderful sister and brother who lovingly share their toys with him and read him books.

But the world he sees is incomplete. An earlier surgery on his right eye has not improved his vision much because of complications that have arisen. The only chance left for Lev to regain his sight is a corneal transplant in his left eye or an end-to-end keratoplasty so that he can see his loving family and the beauty of the world.

Only dad works in the family, and mum is always busy looking after the children, and they are not able to pay for the expensive operation themselves.
