Samara is 6 years old. She has a severe delay in psychorechological development with pronounced emotional and behavioral disorders, as well as severe speech underdevelopment, left-sided sensorineural hearing loss of grade 4 and a malformation of the cerebral cortex (pachyhygyria, lissencephaly in combination with polymicrogyria). At the moment, after numerous rehabilitation courses, the baby has learned to pronounce several sounds, her understanding of spoken language has improved, and self-service skills are emerging. Samara needs a rehabilitation course to learn how to speak and not lose her acquired skills.
