Bagautdin is 6 years old, he has delayed speech development. The boy started sitting and walking late, and speech never appeared.
Before the start of classes, special ABA testing was conducted for Bagautdino and an individual training program was compiled, according to which, after the rehabilitation course, parents will be able to provide supportive therapy for Bagautdin. During intensive classes, the child learned to keep eye contact, began to understand spoken language, and onomatopoeia appeared. An alternative communication system using PECS cards was introduced for Bagautdin.
With a speech therapist, the boy learned how to pronounce sounds and even achieved success - he began to reproduce vowel sounds and short words! By the end of sensory integration classes, Bagautdin had mastered the skills of attention retention while performing tasks and games. Impulsivity decreased and planning of actions appeared. Work was also carried out on developing the child's sense of balance, large and small motor skills.
Thanks to adaptive physical education classes, Bagautdin has become more resilient! The boy worked out on a treadmill, an ellipsoid, passed an obstacle course. I learned how to throw a ball at a target, jump with the support of a coach, and even ride a scooter! Intensive classes have given positive dynamics in both intellectual development and behavior of the child, the number of manifestations of undesirable behavior has decreased.
