Arthur will soon turn 6 years old. At 1 year and 3 months old, the baby was ill with pneumonia, after which the parents began to notice a setback in the development of their son. Now the boy has behavioral problems, he partially understands the spoken language. Arthur says some words, but there is no coherent speech, he cannot answer the questions.
