Even in front of his friends, the boy wears long shorts to hide his peculiarity.
"Meylan is an empathic child: he always responds to calls for help, helps people, and takes care of animals. One moment moved me to tears: he took all the money he had saved up in his piggy bank and went to give it to needy grandparents,” shares the boy’s mother, Svetlana.
