But it is not even the words themselves that are important, but the clarity of their pronunciation. Before the rehabilitation the girl had serious problems with sound pronunciation, but now she can be easily understood. The sounds are in their proper places.

The two-week course for Arina included five daily individual sessions with a phonopedist, speech therapist and psychologist. The specialists strengthened the girl's abdominal breathing skill, trained the strength and duration of sound.
Now Arina continues to go to classes with a speech therapist, and at home with her mother reinforces all the acquired skills and knowledge. It is important to do articulation exercises, learn poems and build up the vocabulary.
