Changes occur at the very beginning of pregnancy, at 4-5 weeks, when the fetal nervous system is formed. Ariana is already 4 years old. Ariana's family has two more children - the younger twins were born quite recently. Dad works very hard to provide for his large family, and all the care for the children and home falls on mom. It’s hard to cope with three children alone, and when one child has an incurable disease, many, even the simplest, actions become impossible. To help Ariana's family and other families with seriously ill children, our foundation provides qualified caregivers. They know how to handle medical equipment, how to feed children, how to care for them. Nannies can also replace parents in the hospital if something happens at home and they urgently need to leave.
