In this form of cerebral palsy there is a disorder of muscle tone, which manifests itself in involuntary movements. This makes it difficult for the boy to learn such basic skills as sitting, crawling and speech. To overcome the difficulties associated with cerebral palsy, Sulumbek needs regular rehabilitation courses.
