Disabled children in Umka's care always have serious incurable diseases. To feel better and stop severe exacerbations, children need antiepileptic, antiasthmatic, and neuroleptics. Since our children come from large and low-income families, we want to help parents and purchase medications, because their cost is high, and families cannot always buy them for their children.
