Little Fotinia is only 4 years old, and she has already gone through many trials. In the third month of her life, she was diagnosed with "tractional retinal detachment in both eyes." Thanks to five operations in St. Petersburg, doctors were able to preserve the light perception in her left eye.
These operations gave hope that the little girl would be able to see. However, for further development, Fotinia really needs special glasses. They will help her better navigate in space and learn about the world around her, which she so wants to see.
Fotinia's mother devotes herself entirely to caring for her daughter, and her father works in a furniture store to provide for the family. Most of the money goes to the baby's treatment, and now they need support.
