Muslim has completed an intensive rehabilitation course and learned new skills!

Muslim is 11 years old and has autism. After undergoing numerous rehabilitations, the boy began to understand the converted speech better, but he still does not have his own speech. Thanks to the completed course, the boy developed his first speech vocalizations – vowel sounds and sounds of early ontogenesis, and onomatopoeia appeared. Due to the fact that the child did not use speech, the language was in constant tone, after special exercises, Muslim learned to pull out his tongue, which is necessary for pronouncing sounds. Also today, the boy has learned how to chew food properly, and his self-service skills have improved. During the classes with Muslims, intensive work was carried out on the formation of a stable relationship between visual perception and motor skills, teaching alternative communication skills through PECS cards, now the child can show and ask for what he wants. The boy also learned how to imitate 5 simple actions with an object and 4 independent motor movements, sort identical objects into baskets. Muslim has reduced the number of manifestations of undesirable behavior during classes, the child sits quietly at the table and cooperates with the teacher.
