David is 9 years old, and specialists have diagnosed him with an autism spectrum disorder. By the age of 1.5, the boy had no speech, he lined up objects in a ruler, did not play with other children and did not look into their eyes, laughter appeared for no reason.
First of all, the teachers worked on the development of the boy's auditory perception, which helped to significantly improve the understanding of spoken speech. David performed breathing exercises and voice function development. Special attention was paid to the formation of imitative speech activity in the child, so David got onomatopoeia.
Thanks to intensive classes with specialists in sensory integration and adaptive physical education, the boy gained coordination of movements, clarity and discipline when following instructions. The child mastered various sports simulators, jumping over barriers and throwing a ball at a target, and began learning roller skating.
Also, as part of the rehabilitation course, David underwent hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions, which reduced his excessive activity and reduced the number of episodes of undesirable behavior. David's communication and physical skills have improved.
Thanks to your help, David has completed an intensive rehabilitation course! Thanks!
