Sapirkhan is 6 years old, he has a disorder of psychological and speech development, general underdevelopment of speech 1 level with a pronounced disorder of behavior and emotions.
Parents sounded the alarm when at three years old the child did not react to his name, did not understand the speech addressed to him and ignored the people around him, looking away. Sapirkhan had no words and sentences, did not show interest in communicating with other children, preferred to play alone. The boy was nervous, prone to frequent crying, and hyperactive, unable to sit still, often walking in circles and making sounds. Sapirkhan began walking on tiptoes and showed no interest in using a potty, and currently continues to use diapers.
In public places, he often cries, gets hysterical, and lies on the floor, making it clear that he wants to go home. He rarely interacts with others. The boy prefers to play alone and quickly becomes bored with toys. He uses crying to gain attention. Sapirkhan is selective in everything, especially when it comes to food.
Sapirkhan requires an intensive rehabilitation program that includes sessions with experts in applied behavior analysis, sensory integration, adaptive physical education, and bioacoustic brain correction.
