Medical Treatment with “Elaj” Project

Help Patients Access the Treatment They Need
“Elaj,” which means “treatment” in Arabic, is Beit Al Khair Society’s medical assistance project in the UAE.
The project supports low-income patients who need medical care but cannot afford all or part of its cost. Depending on each approved case, assistance may contribute towards treatment, medication, medical procedures, or surgery.
Applications are reviewed through a social and financial assessment so that support can be directed to patients who are unable to cover the necessary cost of care.
During Beit Al Khair’s 2026 Ramadan campaign, spending through the Elaj Project reached more than AED 22.6 million, reflecting the significant need for medical assistance among vulnerable patients.
Your contribution can help ease the financial burden of illness and give a patient access to essential care.
