Little Lera has a delay in psycho-speech development with autistic traits. The girl did not speak, did not respond to the name, did not follow instructions.
After completing a 2-month intensive rehabilitation course, Lera has achieved tremendous results! The most unusual of them is certainly the appearance of the first words in the girl's life. After the neurologist's work on stimulation and sensory saturation, Lera's repertoire of articulatory poses expanded, echo reactions began, and communicative gestures were introduced as requests ("give", "open", "yes", "no").
Lera also learned to distinguish actions, sort by functions, characteristics and categories of objects, and worked on the skill "two-component imitation". There was a reaction to the name and eye contact with others. The girl learned to follow the instructions "stop", "come up".
In addition, the adaptive sports instructor taught Lera to jump backwards and sideways, follow instructions on simulators, ride a scooter and a gyro scooter.
All experts noted that the girl became more open, attentive and conscious, there was an understanding of the addressed speech. Lera learns to try something new, and even if it doesn't work out right away, she tries, tries again, doesn't go into denial.
