The 5-year-old Emir has cerebral palsy and delayed speech development. Thanks to the intensive rehabilitation courses, the boy's behavior improved, his understanding of the spoken language improved, contact with specialists was established, physical skills developed well.
As part of this course, a behavioral analyst actively worked with the Emir, who taught him to compare identical and non-identical cards, perform simple and compound instructions, expanded his knowledge of shapes, colors and objects, and also worked on motor imitation and imitation with the subject.
During sports, Emir, in addition to the treadmill, mastered an elliptical simulator, an exercise bike, a blazerpod, learned to ride a gyro scooter, which he was very afraid of at the beginning of the rehabilitation course.
Also, during the rehabilitation course, a sensory integration specialist worked on the elimination of vestibular disorders in the Emir. During the lessons, exercises were constantly practiced to normalize the vestibular apparatus, thanks to which the boy's coordination of movements improved, and he mastered riding on a swing, balancing on a balance beam and walking through a tunnel.
