Arina is 4 years old. Diagnoses were made – severe general speech underdevelopment, organic non-psychotic disorder, mental retardation, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. At the age of 2, the girl lost all her skills – she fell silent, stopped going to the potty, did not contact children, became afraid of people. Throughout the intensive course, work was carried out on the skill of requests. Arina learned to use the PECS alternative communication system to get what she wanted. The token system helped to establish cooperation, the girl's behavior during the tasks was normalized. Arina has learned to calmly part with a motivational subject and switch from one action to another. She managed to perform simple motor movements on her own. Classes with a defectologist and a specialist in sensory integration were held in a playful way, teachers tried to make up for the deficit of muscular and tactile systems. Elements of aromatherapy, art therapy and plastinography were used. Arina has improved fine motor skills, visual coordination, knowledge and perception of colors. During her rehabilitation, Arina also underwent 2 courses of Tomatis therapy and 1 course of hyperbaric oxygen therapy. These hardware techniques have had a beneficial effect on attention, reaction and speed of thinking.
