During the classes on adaptive physical culture, Timosha mastered a set of jumping exercises, flipping, somersaults, inclines, crawling, climbing the gym wall, throwing balls. The motor capabilities of his own body improved, the boy began to jump on one leg, lift dumbbells, the reaction with blazepods improved. By the end of the course, Timofey's endurance and working capacity increased, as well as attention coordination and visual perception improved.
