This is Viktor Stepanovich, a ward of the Lobov House's patronage service. He has stomach cancer, which means that he needs intensive treatment, round-the-clock care and transportation to an oncological hospital for examinations. He is no longer able to drive a car on his own.

Lobov's house has a small car park – these are two Niva SUVs and an intensive care vehicle for transporting bedridden patients. Patronage cars transport specialists to wards who are at home, next to relatives, and also carry out transportation to medical institutions - this is the most demanded service. Ordering a taxi or an intensive care vehicle from commercial organizations is very expensive. Lobov's House provides such services free of charge. Patronage cars make more than 80 visits to homes and medical institutions per month.
