Nastya is 8 years old, she has delayed speech development. After two years, the parents noticed that the girl did not react to her name, did not show interest in other children, and preferred to play alone. Nastya often cried and arched if she was not understood by others.
After completing an intensive rehabilitation course, Nastya's communication skills, concentration on completing tasks and attentiveness have significantly improved. As part of the course, a behavioral analyst worked on the formation of social skills in a girl, learning to play with peers and seeking help from adults. Nastya gained confidence in her own abilities, she stopped being shy, began to carefully, consistently and accurately complete tasks.
Nastya's speech began to improve noticeably, she began to speak clearer and clearer, and the girl's vocabulary expanded.
The sensory integration specialist taught her to keep her balance on a balance beam, and also worked on improving Nastya's large and small motor skills.
