What to Write to a Blogger to Get a Response

Good afternoon! Rushana here — influencer manager at Tooba. We’re sharing our experience at Tooba: how we write to bloggers so that our message isn’t skipped, but answered.

Over time, we’ve developed simple principles that help establish contact and get a reply.

Addressing by Name

This immediately creates a positive impression: the person sees the message is meant specifically for them.

Facts and Figures

We talk about the charity using facts: how many years it has been operating, how many campaigns it has completed, who it helps, and who already supports it — ambassadors, companies.

We add a link to the website or send a presentation. This is especially important if we’re writing to someone for the first time.

Specific Request

We immediately specify the format: video, story, or joint post. The more precise the request, the easier it is for the blogger to agree.

Ready-Made Materials

We attach examples of publications or templates for posting. This way, the blogger immediately sees what it will look like and can make a decision faster.

Short and Simple

The message should be brief and structured. No complicated terms or unnecessary information.

How to Reach an Influencer:

▫️personal messages in messengers

▫️the blogger’s manager

▫️pages on other platforms

▫️a polite reminder if there’s no response for several days

A short and clear message with facts, a specific request, and ready-made materials is the main key to getting a response.
